Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags (if applicable). Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
