All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Tiers (Based on Weight & Product Type)
Shipping rates may vary depending on the total weight and type of items in your order.
We categorize items generally as:
- Lightweight Items: T-shirts and similar light apparel
- Midweight Items: Standard hoodies and light fleece garments
- Heavyweight Items: Sweat suits, premium fleece sets, and heavy fabric garments (including 450 GSM items)
Heavier items require higher shipping costs due to packaging weight and carrier pricing tiers.
Order Fulfillment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors once an order has shipped.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.
Please contact the carrier first for assistance. We will help where possible but cannot guarantee replacement.
